The software is mobile responsive or can be accessed through our dedicated mobile app for ease of use via tablet or mobile phone. It has been designed around our years of experience in the software business, bringing together some essential pre-existing modules which we have been using for years in the market.
Having separate modules dedicated to different aspects of the Care Home’s needs makes the purchasing process seamless. A client can opt for the entire system or purchase separate dedicated modules based on their personal needs.

The care management system offers a variety of tools that enable users to conveniently access all resident information. It also includes features for generating reports, accessing real-time data, and managing the upload and maintenance of photos and medical records. This system is designed to streamline processes and enhance the overall quality of care provided.
The Rooms management feature provides a personalized and interactive view of your home’s floor plan. Residents can be checked in and out of rooms and moved to different wings and beds with ease. Beds change colors to indicate resident availability, and a quick overview of resident information and access to health folders is available with a simple scroll-over.
KC-Care provides care givers with a number of industry standard and mandatory OPSA assessment tools. All assessments provide easy drop down responses and scoring. A detailed history is maintained so that level of care over a period of months or years can be assessed easily at a glance. Barthel Score and care plan is maintained with the click of a button.
Our care management software offers comprehensive nursing features, including the set-up of treatment charts, medication administration and tracking, medication preparation, vital signs monitoring, vaccination records, accident and incident reporting, wound care management and much more. All these functions are seamlessly integrated into our clinical dashboard, which delivers real-time alerts and follow-ups.
Carers have access to specialised tools to oversee the care quality of each resident. These tools connect tasks to the resendent’s care plan, enabling tracking of costs and time for efficient budgeting. Additionally, a food diary feature is available to monitor menu selections, meal consumption and specific dietary requirement over specified periods. Other tools provided include incontinence checks, bowel movement charts, skin repositioning and much more.
The Menu Ordering feature allows for seasonal and special menu uploads. Residents have the option to order independently through the app on their mobile phones, or employees can collect orders on their behalf. The kitchen or food provider receives real-time orders for the day or week, depending on the food ordering set-up of the home. This system streamlines the ordering process and ensures efficient communication between resident and the kitchen.
